This notice explains how LivornoGen processes the personal data collected through the website livornogen.com, in particular through the quote request form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Your name, email address, country of residence and the information about your family that you choose to share with us (surnames, places, dates, documents). For browsing data and cookies, please see the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you commission LivornoGen, to carry out the agreed research. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not pass it on to third parties.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a commission are deleted within 24 months. If a commission follows, data are kept for as long as needed to carry it out and to meet legal obligations.

Who may process it

Only the data controller. The website relies on technical providers (hosting, WordPress.com/Jetpack services, email) that process data on the controller’s behalf; some of them may transfer data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to matteo@livornogen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
